Old one definitely looks better, though the new one would be immensely more powerful, since this is 100% Kurama RSM Naruto + EMS/Rinnegan Sasuke both boosted by Hagoromo chakra, compared to just BSM Naruto and EMS Sasuke.

Madara's look better than both Naruto/Sasuke form of the 9tails Susano'o....but the first one in the war arc war way better than this new one. Susano'o shouldn't even be there it looks ugly on Kurama now.

Kurama does not appear to be using SO6P power like when Naruto fought Sasuke at the valley of the end, but it does appear that Susanoo is and has replaced it's inner body created by the trapped bijuu with Kurama's body and is simply using the SO6P form armor. For comparison here's Sasuke's normal Susanoo and his SO6P one:
