Exactly there won't be any wars now, the kages have fought side by side and made bonds with each other. Secondly ninja's got mixed up in the villages, so are there ninja's from the hidden cloud, hidden sand living in the hidden leaf. And i'm sure there are more shinobi's that took the same path. And i think even after Naruto and Sasuke there won't be a war upcoming, i don't say criminals, but the war between villagers.
