The Moon's Eye Plan would put everyone in a dream world where everyone gets what they wish for according to the recent manga. I have a few questions about this:
1. Would you actually get what you wanted in the Infinite Tsukoyomi?
Madara claims that you can make a world in which everyone was happy. Mind you Obito wasn't really that happy when Rin and Kakashi were around as he was constantly bullied and freindzoned. So I guess is the grass greener on the other side in this case? The main point I'm stressing is the fact that he might not be happy and people might not be happy with what they get as a lot of people either dont know what they seek or what they think is happiness really isnt
2. What happens when Obito Dies?
Obito is about 30 or so. In the manga there are other characters that are younger. Presumably when he dies, the tsukoyomi will stop. So that means that the people that are younger than him will all wake up as middle aged people and the cycle of pain will still continue and people will be disillusioned as they wake up to cruel reality. Also everyone will be middle aged so no one can have kids and human race will die lol.
3. How will people survive?
Tsukoyomi doesnt stop time, I mean it can prolong it and make days seem like eternities but it cant just stop it I dont think. Wouldnt that mean that people's physical real world bodies would die of lack of water and food eventually?
5. Realistically will Naruto break the cycle of hatred? Did Pain make wrong choice reviving people?
I mean first of all he can't get everyone to agree: Everyone will have differing opinions and war and suffering is inveitable no matter what he does. I mean if it doesn't happen in his lifetime, which is incredibly unlikely due to ******* like Orochimaru constantly being born and wreaking havoc, when he dies will his successor really sustain the peace?
Also depriving individuals of free will argument is wrong IMO as Infinite Tsukoyomi grants everyone the ultimate free will, allowing one to create his/her own destiny/life without other people and events beyond their control influence it.
6. Is it that bad?
If 1-3 were resolved by some Kishi-magic would it really be that bad? I mean why wouldn't you want a society of winners? Even if it is an illusion, if one never wakes up isn't it reality? Why would this be a bad thing, there are no downsides as it is a guarantee. I mean it would be virtually impossible to make everyone happy under a single regime in the real world, as not everyone is equal and everyone wants things that are at other people's expenses. Also if peace/happiness is acheived temporarily for the reasons I stated above, it will not be possible. Therefore the only option is Infinite Tsukoyomi for eternal happiness. And it wouldnt be like some political thing with a dictator or something as every person would be happy. Also you can't really use the "killing people to achieve it" is bad as long term it will make no more death occur if it succeeded causing a net gain in lives.
6. Is everyone already in an Infinite Tsukoyomi?
The Moon's Eye Plan could have already succeeded and we are seeing Naruto's POV happy life of becoming Hokage in the Tsukoyomi. SHARINGANCEPTION
So opinions?
