Is the monstrosity known as "fillers" finally over?

Are we in the clear now? After who knows how many months we finally have a canon episode tonight. I almost completely lost interest in the anime thanks to that garbage. I pay for the anime, and I don't know why but I still paid for the months that had nothing but fillers( I guess I'm just a lazy idiot).


But anyways, how long can we enjoy the real story of Naruto through the anime? Anyone know?


On a side note, I don't know why the anime can't just go on hiatus to save money and then have higher quality canon episodes, I guess it's because some morons still watch fillers?

Yeah it's back to canon today. Actually the Kakashi filler arc was one of the best imo...it was awesome!

Well Kakashi is one of my favourite characters so it was nice seeing more of his backstory. Apart from that I agree pretty much all the other fillers sucked.
