Naruto used regular bunshin, clone jutsu, at the beginning of the movie and he didn't even do it properly. He was never good at clone jutsu. He learned shadow clone jutsu later on.

The soul of Obito transferring to Kakashi totally makes no sense, nothing was ever established which came out of thin blue. Since when can the sharingan that obito have allows to control the outside boundary? If it's at least a rinnegan it would make somewhat sense but with this was nothing but pure BS
