Is the Kyuubi complete now?

When Orochimaru released the seal, everything that was sealed within the Death God was released, this would include the Kyuubi's chakra no? I'm still not sure that everything was released, maybe only the things of Orochimaru's choosing.

At the instant of the seals release, Orochimaru had his arms back, they sort of just appeared there. What if far away on the battlefield, the same thing happened; Naruto suddenly just recieves the full power of the Kyuubi? It would make sense in a way, I don't think the Ten-Tails can be complete without the full Kyuubi.

I think someone proved me wrong on that topic before though, something about only needing the only type of chakra the Kyuubi has left to achieve it's full form.

This topic is still really fragile, seeing as we only got to see the seals release and the Hokage's appear and the chapter ended. So it's all going to be speculation until the next chapter. What do you guys think?

Minato used RDS to take kyuubi's chakra, the same way oro's arms were taken he got them back so naruto should automatically get the other half of the chakra

No it wasn't. Minato used the Death God seal to pull the chakra into himself, but it doesn't seal it within the user, it seals it within the Death God. If it was sealed within Minato he would be a jinchuuriki.

Actually I think kyuubi have not gotten his full charla because his yang is still inside minato
