Is the Juubi inside Madara only half of the Juubi?

Title says it all. Personally, I think it's very possible that half the Juubi was sealed into SO6P and the other half into his brother, and the one currently inside Madara is the half that was in the SO6P. I doubt Madara could seal a being that took Hagoromo (the guy who created the moon on his deathbed) and his brother (who was probably on the same level) to seal by himself. I have no idea what could have happened to the other half though.

The nine Bijuu were created from half the Juubi, so combinging the Bijuu will only create half a Juubi.

Even if the Sage only had half of the Juubi sealed in him at the time he and his brother fought the Juubi there is no telling at this point what transpired after that. For all we know the Sage's brother went crazy and the sage had to kill him and take his portion of the Juubi.

I think it's Half the Juubi but something to put out is that The Juubi Is sealed within Madara but the Shinju is coexisting and is Blooming.

I believe the full Jubi is more "intelligent" for lack of better words and I believe it's only the start to seeing the Jubi's true powers. In fact, wasn't the full Jubi said to be able to destroy the earth? I highly doubt that current Madara could do that, since he got brutally wounded by 8th Gate Gai.
