[Question] Is the Fairy Tail anime ever coming back?

Yes or no? I found it interesting and humorous but I heard it was cancelled due to the fact it got too close to the manga. If it's not coming back then I'll probably switch over to the manga if it's worth the time.

In addition, the Anime had caught up to the Manga....most likely there will be a one year or two year break.

For example: Bleach should be returning this summer, and it was said to have been canceled as well.....

I only like good fillers, the past few fillers haven't been all that great.

Quite a while ago she got caught up in a pretty bad scandal concerning sleeping with 3 of the 4 members of her band.There were after *** pictures too posted online. She was fired for her indecent conduct since your private life in Japan can be anything as long as it stays PRIVATE! Soon after she reflected to the company and when a piece of the company looks like it made it’s own harem the company image will fall so Aya Hirano was fired

She was completely BANNED from being in an anime her contract with Fairy Tail has come to an end on the last Winter meaning Lucy has a missing voice actress so that results the series an inevitable END. This is CONFIRMED. Will she still be able to voice character’s play? Yes. She was fired from her music label not “talent agency” But that will be depending on the company saying a yes or no to her because she has that stigma attached to her sleeping with 3 of the 4 co-workers and posted pictures online.

Wow, that's crazy; All because of some *** scandal. I find it a tad excessive but I guess that's just how things are in Japan. Well I can see how FT might never become a show again especially if the actress was Lucy's voice! The voice actress might never have a decent chance of having a successful career now I guess that's just how the dice rolls sometimes.

It will. They just need a new voice actor, which is easy.

changing voice actors in anime is easy, it may take a little getting used to but after a while you won't notice. Dunno if anyone watches South Park but the voice actor of ALL the female kids died during season 5, and they are in season 15 or something.

And the rumour that it cancelled because of that is false, it is really simple, they got too close to the manga, they had about a 2 chapters per episode rate. Considering the TBC mark it will be back eventually. FT put 4 cliffhangers: Dragon Grave, Zeref magic girl, Levy crying, and Arcadios being good according to Yukino. Not to mention one more Day of the Magic Games. Do you really think they would end it like that? Bleach was a little different because they wrapped it up like there really was an ending.

It may take until Fall 2014, or even 2015, but I expect it will be back. To be honest I would rather they go on hiatus than turn into 6 months of Naruto style fillers.
