So far Kishimoto has approved the academy arc, which is currently undergoing.

However the whole thing isn't canon, at least not yet.

If you people really believe that Kishimoto is "approving" every single episode, while they already had messed up with the timeline (they look the same and have the same height as 12-year-olds and they are supposed to be 7) then good for you I guess. But let's be real, if this anime had nothing to do with Naruto no one would touch it, it's very boring so far. You can see that actually most of it is SP's work, like the 4th episode...

The only thing Kishimoto is really approving from this series is money, period.

The height has been inconsistent since Himawari has been introduced.

She looks the same age as Boruto, yet, they have her as 6 in the Boruto Movie.
