It says the bleach anime is ending. But does that mean the manga to, cause I want to watch it in anime, so is the manga and anime ending, or just the anime

...No. The anime stopped because the last arc just started in the manga. So they have to let the manga get ahead before the anime starts.

It hasn't even been fully confirmed that this 1000 year blood war arc will be animated in the first place. In fact, I've read on numerous sources that they will not be animating the current arc.
They're probably going to end the Fullbring arc, mash in some fillers, then call it quits. It's not logical, it's completely unfair, but it isn't the first time a hit anime series was suddenly pulled off the air because of corporate douchebags who think they know their market.

They will probably just not bother with fillers, and wait till they can start the anime without it catching up to the manga.

The bleach animators have done a really bad job the last few years. I honestly haven't watched the anime since Aizen was defeated, mainly because they got too close to the manga. I realized that since Aizen was defeated in the anime about 5 weeks after he was in the manga, that the anime had a problem.
To be honest, I think the animators thought the story was ending and no longer needed to stay behind the manga.... I mean is there any other explanation? But anyway, once I realized the manga was still going, I knew the majority of the anime would have to be filler after that point to stay behind the manga, so they completely screwed themselves over.
