- clickRead Miggy's spoiler, then take another look at the Skeleton. Naruto doesn't know anything about whatever Itachi gave to him, supposedly, and Naruto clearly knows what he's transforming into.. so I doubt it's Susanoo.
I think 6 tails transformation is not complete yet. I think the bones r not stuck to his body. When the transformation is complete, the bones will be stuck to the body.
I just say that because near his mouth we can se some black sticky things touching the skeleton.

i thought that too at first. but i think not. I think the susanoo skeleton is a yamabushi skeleton
Remember Killer Bee went from two tails to four tails to all 8 tails
Naruto has gone from 1 tail, to 2 tails to 3 tails to 4 tails and jumped to 6 tails more than half the tails he has for his bijuu
So maybe Killer Bee might have gotten the bones if he went to 5 or 6 tails as well

that's what I think.
Also, it may be because the Kyuubi hasn't been materialized in such a long time (16 years) that maybe skeletons need to be formed first after such a long time of not physically existing. Like in the case of Susano'o, we don't know the last time Susano'o was summoned by Itachi, but I'm guessing it had been a long since he used that jutsu. And because of that, it needed to form a skeleton first before complete transfomation. Just a guess.

Susano'o has human skeleton appearance.
The skeleton on Naruto is an animal/fox appearance.
My guess is it is the demon fox's skeleton forming from no longer just being chakra but to now having a physical form as a basis to come to full transformation.
