Alright this one is a simple evolution of a past technique. You form the handseals, and then focus much chakra into the air around you to create a gust of wind like you did for cutting whirlwind, only this time, by focusing more chakra and power into it, it should be more powerful and bigger as well.

*I do the handseals while constantly releasing futon chakra into the air around me. Upon hitting the last seal, I release further futon chakra into the air. I then manuplate the shape of this air mass and being to make it stir quikcly in front of me. Then I manipulate the wind currents further in order to make the sharp and thin. Then, I simply snap my fingers and a massive whirlwind shoots towards the appointed forest leaving only tree stumps.*

Alright for this one you form the handseals, and then focus your wind chakra around your hand to form a blade of wind like this:
Ya I know, it's from halo, but that's basically what the shape of the wind blade is.
You then grip the blade of intangible wind as if you were holding a real "halo" xd sword, and then use it to attack your opponent, the row of wooden dummies over there. The slice that you do to the dummies should slice all 3 of them in half.
Due to the intangibility of the wind sword, this jutsu is basically unblockable. Try it out. and that will be all for today

Then I raise my hand and control the air in front of it to create a invisble, intagible wind blade. Then, i grip the hilt, and sweep my hand in front of me, and the air cuts clean through the half of the 3 wooden dummies.*
