Is "That Jutsu" Izanagi?

The jutsu that Naruto and Sasuke plan to seal Kaguya with, is that possibly Izanagi?

I read somewhere that Izanagi was a Ying-Yang technique.. and well Naruto=Yang Sasuke=Yin,


Also, I remember the tale was that the Sage used Izanagi to seperate the 10 tails into 9 seperate entities then sealed the corpse in the moon.

It seems more likely than having them summon the reaper and it being Hamura or some sh*t. Sorry if this was blatantly obvious and I just didn't notice it until now...
