This might be a srupid question but was that one chapter the end dor Mario? I know ut says one shot. I guess im hoping that maybe someone knows if theres more coming out

Judging by the way it ended, yes. Series usually don't continue from one shots, they get remade. So if there is a Mario series it will start differently.

I was more interested in that one shot than I have been of Naruto in years. It carried that edginess that is missing from most anime and manga today, and way different from where he went with Naruto.

No, Naruto had a one shot too but the series started differently. I'm pretty sure it's been stated that Mario will become a manga series after that Naruto/shitstorm is over.
