I'm looking for someone around my skill level, which I have no idea what that is either. I'll be using Chiyo Oldbag for this fight, respond with your bio and you may choose who goes first.

A nice day, Chiyo stands across from the figure in the distance. A tall sexy man with silver hair who she remembers quite well, Sakumo Hatake: the sole man to kill her grandson's parents.
"Sakumo Hatake, the white fang? You're the one who killed Sasori's parents, I'll kill you for what you've done!"
Chiyo starts running recklessly to the man who she thought killed Sasori's parents with a great speed, pulling a kunai out from the hidden depths of her sleeves. As she is though, about to throw it, her old age get's the better of her, while she trips over her own feet, landing on the ground almost head-first. As she falls, she alleviates her breathing, like her old age had gotten the better of her, and decides to play dead right in front of him.
Hah, this'll get him. I'll play dead and get him when he's not expecting it!

Kakashi hears the name of his father, bringing back some of his memorizes as he watches the old lady runs and trips down to the ground with her head first, he watches her body being immobilized, so he takes his headband up revealing his Sharingan knowing if she's dead or not, as he watches Chiyo's chakra still flowing, knowing that this is a brank, he plays along and approaches Chiyo.
Kakashi: Hey, are you okay? O_O
Kakashi proceeds going towards Chiyo and bends his knees onto the ground putting his hand on her neck with 2 fingers, making it seem like he is feeling her pulse.
Kakashi: You know my father, what have he done now......
Kakashi hears the name of his father, bringing back some of his memorizes as he watches the old lady runs and trips down to the ground with her head first, he watches her body being immobilized, so he takes his headband up revealing his Sharingan knowing if she's dead or not, as he watches Chiyo's chakra still flowing, knowing that this is a brank, he plays along and approaches Chiyo.
Kakashi: Hey, are you okay? O_O
Kakashi proceeds going towards Chiyo and bends his knees onto the ground putting his hand on her neck with 2 fingers, making it seem like he is feeling her pulse.
Chiyo who would seem passed out can feel the white haired man approaching her, only to grab her arm to feel for her pulse. Chiyo reacts by bursting out in laughter after taking a deep breath.
*gasp* "HAHAHAHAHAHA! It was all a trick to fool you! But I guess it didn't work, so I'll play serious now." And get my revenge for Sasori's parents.
With that said, Chiyo get's up from the ground, and moves slowly towards her original position, mid range from Kakashi. Turning around, she strengthens her stance as someone who likes to play with puppets. In a quick succession, she takes her hands, forming seals to perform a jutsu (Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger). Forming the last seal, she focuses her fire chakra throughout her, converting it into gunpowder and spewing it around the field which surrounds Kakashi. When a sufficient amount has been brought out, she ominously whispers the jutsu and clenches her teeth together, causing the ash to explode which should be enough to give third-degree burns.

Description: The user spews superheated ash from their mouth after performing four handseals. The ash is hot enough to cause third-degree burns on the victim. Because it's composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud. If the user clicks his teeth, the stagnant ash will ignite, creating a violent explosion.
With the explosion taking place, she quickly pulls out a scroll hidden from within her robes containing the puppets built around Sasori's parents. Opening the scroll, Chiyo performs a quick seal of confrontation to concoct a small cloud of smoke to appear, revealing the puppets, Mother and Father which should be seen by Kakashi after the explosion subsides, and of course wisps out chakra threads to connect to the puppets so she can control them.

Description: After Sasori’s parents were killed by Sakumo Hatake, he created these two puppets to fill the void left by their deaths, though they were not human puppets. At first, they were simply meant for Sasori to fill the void left by the death of his parents, but later, after Sasori left Sunagakure and left these puppets behind, Chiyo enhanced both of them, adding weapons to them to make them usable for battle. Both have chakra shields installed in them, and they also have steel wires that link together with their fingers that are usable for cutting. The mother puppet has a katana while the father has a chain of kunai.
Note: Usable only by a Sasori or Chiyo character.

Chiyo starts formulating a plan for her great "prison escape", after thinking about how smart Kakashi is to use such a jutsu to foil her plans. She finishes spreading the ash and leaves it to rest, just really nullifying the substance. Chiyo whilst inside of the cavern prepares three single kunai, each with an explosive tag attached and throwing them to three points inside the cavern: towards her left, right and behind her, and leaving them for the time being. Secondly, she starts channeling her earth chakra to dig through the ground and outside of the dome she was trapped in. Doing so, she travels forward, enough to be outside of the cavern so that should Kakashi stay still she will obviously be within short range of him. Although after positioning herself, she activates the three explosive tags, causing them to erupt and ignite the gunpoweder from the fire technique she performed earlier, to give the impression that she really did go along with her original plan.
(Doton: Moguragakure no Jutsu) – Earth Release: Hiding like a mole technique

Description: The user changes earth into fine sand by channeling chakra into it, allowing the user to dig through it like a mole. While underground one can sense what is happening on the surface and use the information to launch a surprise attack on the enemy. Once can also hide deep in the ground, escaping to a depth where the enemy cant reach. It also appears that after digging, the ground can be returned to its original state, leaving no trace of where the user entered the earth.
After the explosion occurs and the debris starts to shift downwards, she readies her next attack. Using the initial explosion as a distraction, she travels upwards to come out from underneath the ground. Doing so, Chiyo would be placed in front of Kakashi which she can do due to knowing his location. She throws herself up above the ground like a jumping action, performs a quick hand seal and forms an exemplary amount of lightning chakra in her hand, which appears almost instantly in the form of a chidori. She then attempts to thrust the chidori at Kakashi's abdomen, aiming moreso for the stomach.
(Raiton: Chidori) - Lightning Release: One Thousand Birds

Description: The user must first perform the following sequence of hand seals Ox → Rabbit → Monkey → Dragon → Rat → Bird → Ox → Snake → Dog → Tiger → Monkey and they create a lightning jutsu that is concentrated in the user's palm and thrusted toward the opponent at high speed. The lightning in the user's palm sounds like birds chirping, hence the name.
Note: Someone who mastered lightning release can perform chidori with just the Ox hand seal.

After Kakashi forms the cavern, knowing that it would block his vision of Chiyo, after Chiyo goes underground, he utilizes his chakra to form a barrier of chakra that rapidly expands from his body, grasping on the entire battlefield, it slowly expands from around Kakashi in a dome like shaped pattern grasping the underground area and the air as well this barrier serves the purpose of making sure that Chiyo is dead after he heard the explosion and making sure no stealth attacks happen, however the barrier is invisible and covers pretty much the whole battlefield, it takes 1 full turn to fully erect itself, meaning to fully cover the whole battlefield, when Chiyo has reached in her underground position in which she's going to jump and attack Kakashi, the barrier alerts Kakashi via pressure that Chiyo is underground, by then it would've already covered Short range from Kakashi.

Kakashi takes his headband up revealing his 3 Tomoe Sharingan while he's forming the barrier, and the second he feels Chiyo's location as she's coming from the ground, he looks down towards the place she's coming out of and the second they both lock eyes which would be inevitable since Chiyo's vision is constantly rising up, till the point of looking in Kakashi's Sharingan for a split second, which is all he needs, he casts a Sharingan genjutsu into Chiyo causing her to fall a sleep in reality, while in the illusion she thinks that she's still awake and going on with her plan not noticing what really happened, this would be right after Chiyo makes the Chidori and since she fallen a sleep the Chidori is nullified, then Kakashi stops the genjutsu affecting Chiyo and looks at her as she's waking up.
(Dōjutsu: Chōetsu no Shunmin) – Eye Technique: Transcend to Deep Slumber technique

The techniques of the Chidori Spear and the Sharingan should conflict at the same time, which should be enough to at least prevent the full force the technique comes to offer. Chiyo falls drowsy, and lands on the floor like she were sleeping as the genjutsu would force her into thinking she's asleep without the need for standing up.

Not entirely sure if this'll work, as I'm not really sure on how your Sharingan Technique works completely.
You can in a genjutsu be able to manipulate chakra, Sharingan genjutsu is like any other genjutsu but much faster executed, i believe you'd be able to extend the chidori in time, but you could've released the genjutsu by using Nagashi or a similar technique when you felt "drowsiness" you could've linked it to seeing the Sharingan and being in a genjutsu.

Seeing your chakra still being released into your Chidori, Kakashi with his Sharingan's ability to make him see motions much slower than they already are, and that he knows the technique your about to use, because of the Sharingan's prediction abilities and the fact that Kakashi's knows this technique as well, he utilizes his high reaction times granted by the Sharingan along with the Copying ability of the Sharingan, just a split second after the Chidori sharp spear is released, Kakashi releases a chidori spear of his own from his right hand, colliding with yours and canceling each other out, leaving Kakashi unharmed.

You can in a genjutsu be able to manipulate chakra, Sharingan genjutsu is like any other genjutsu but much faster executed, i believe you'd be able to extend the chidori in time, but you could've released the genjutsu by using Nagashi or a similar technique when you felt "drowsiness" you could've linked it to seeing the Sharingan and being in a genjutsu.

Seeing your chakra still being released into your Chidori, Kakashi with his Sharingan's ability to make him see motions much slower than they already are, and that he knows the technique your about to use, because of the Sharingan's prediction abilities and the fact that Kakashi's knows this technique as well, he utilizes his high reaction times granted by the Sharingan along with the Copying ability of the Sharingan, just a split second after the Chidori sharp spear is released, Kakashi releases a chidori spear of his own from his right hand, colliding with yours and canceling each other out, leaving Kakashi unharmed.

Chiyo doesn't have much time to really escape the hound, so she channels her own lightning chakra through her mouth due to her inability at the time to use any hand seals, and unleashes a blast of lightning to counteract the hound, which should cause an explosion of course. Chiyo uses the smoke as a cover even knowing Kakashi has his sharingan to get up from when she fell, and hop backwards, keeping her eyes locked within the smokescreen towards mid-range from him.

Your overestimating the "collision" of the techniques there, 2 B-rank lightning don't explode when colliding, it depends on the characteristics of either of the techniques, like an applied pressure for example, or the technique explodes when colliding with other "physical" techniques, in this case they'd only hit and vanish in the air after 2 seconds max, not explode, like how Kakashi canceled the False Darkness technique from Kakuzu by using his Raikiri.

The walls rise in front of Chiyo and wrap themselves around the puppets, Mother and Father in mere seconds. She takes the time to attempt to move the puppets, but seeing as her attempts are futile, she decides to relinquish her control over the puppets. They would start to droop, lifeless between the slabs of stone like they were branches on a willow tree. But that's when the light, as well as the high pitched chirping starts to eminate from beyond the earth technique from before. The sound eminates and get's to a higher pitch, only to break the puppets. Chiyo's mastery in lightning means she would assume it's a Chidori or something of that variant due to the high pitch the technique makes. Also knowing due to Kakashi's "hesitant" nature in attacking her that he won't be using it to directly attack her. She performs a single Tiger hand seal, and breathes out a constant flame to circle around the stone slabs, which would unknowingly trap Kakashi inside the vortex and should cut off his sight due to the nature of the technique. The vortex of flames is controlled to reach about 3 meters high all around, which should be enough to restrict any sight even with the perception of the Sharingan.
(I'm kinda basing this off the whole Mist ordeal and how the sharingan can't see through that, hoping it also works here :3)

Chiyo not knowing anything of your lightning clones due to the sight of her being restricted assumes she hits Kakashi with the technique. The puppets are set ablaze as well as the stone pillars and what would seem to be her opponent. As the wind pierces through the fire, faint screams can be heard from the center of the fire, not knowing they were his lightning clones, As the screams die out, a wisp of lightning can be seen just off the top of the fire technique, which can be assumed some lightning technique was used in the process in an attempt to stop it. However, Chiyo's knowledge of lightning techniques, she can assume it was the Lightning Shadow Clone technique. She snickers thinking how he got away and how he should have taken serious damage from the resulting techniques.
Why didn't he stay and take the hit? Something's up and I'll find out exactly what it is!
However, Chiyo still pondering what would have happened with the technique, the Running Fire dies down, and she can be seen just standing there, waiting for whatever he was doing. This would be when Kakashi makes his appearance in silence behind Chiyo. She can feel something behind her, like women's intuition, but it was a shadow looming over her poor body. Chiyo reacts slowly by turning to her right to see Kakashi about to hit her. She takes the chance to twist her body with the looking motion, to attempt to allow her right side to take the blow. Not only would this soften the impact, but causing Kakashi to hit what would be her mechanical side, the puppet arm. Chiyo doesn't feel as much pain, and wouldn't fall unconcious, however she still falls over much to Kakashi's intentions. While falling, she hastily performs the single Ox seal before falling into an "unconcious" state. She falls onto the floor, with her left arm out. As Kakashi follows her to place the seal onto her, she channels her chakra into her left hand, forming a Chidori while channeling it into a spear, to provoke his right shoulder as a defense to him forming the seal.

Chiyo not knowing anything of your lightning clones due to the sight of her being restricted assumes she hits Kakashi with the technique. The puppets are set ablaze as well as the stone pillars and what would seem to be her opponent. As the wind pierces through the fire, faint screams can be heard from the center of the fire, not knowing they were his lightning clones, As the screams die out, a wisp of lightning can be seen just off the top of the fire technique, which can be assumed some lightning technique was used in the process in an attempt to stop it. However, Chiyo's knowledge of lightning techniques, she can assume it was the Lightning Shadow Clone technique. She snickers thinking how he got away and how he should have taken serious damage from the resulting techniques.
Why didn't he stay and take the hit? Something's up and I'll find out exactly what it is!
However, Chiyo still pondering what would have happened with the technique, the Running Fire dies down, and she can be seen just standing there, waiting for whatever he was doing. This would be when Kakashi makes his appearance in silence behind Chiyo. She can feel something behind her, like women's intuition, but it was a shadow looming over her poor body. Chiyo reacts slowly by turning to her right to see Kakashi about to hit her. She takes the chance to twist her body with the looking motion, to attempt to allow her right side to take the blow. Not only would this soften the impact, but causing Kakashi to hit what would be her mechanical side, the puppet arm. Chiyo doesn't feel as much pain, and wouldn't fall unconcious, however she still falls over much to Kakashi's intentions. While falling, she hastily performs the single Ox seal before falling into an "unconcious" state. She falls onto the floor, with her left arm out. As Kakashi follows her to place the seal onto her, she channels her chakra into her left hand, forming a Chidori while channeling it into a spear, to provoke his right shoulder as a defense to him forming the seal.

As Kakashi sees Chiyo turning around to intercept his attack, he has second thoughts about the seal since it would make him vulnerable to be attacked, Kakashi however keeps approaching Chiyo, and monitoring her chakra with his Sharingan, As he sees Chiyo gathering lightning chakra which is being channeled into her hand, he's able to identify the lightning chakra through the vibrating feature of lightning chakra that his 3 Tomoe Sharingan's clarity of perception is easily distinguished, which gives Kakashi more time to react to the attack as he sees it before it actually happens, Kakashi bends his body to the left side and let's it fall onto the ground lowering his level of sight, as he uses his famous Copy technique yet once again forming a Chidori spear in his right hand which is released vertically along his body a split second after Chiyo's spear is released intercepting Chiyo's Chidori spear with his own as they both cancel each other out.

Although the angle of the spear launched from his palm seems different than an ordinary as it was shot up vertically alongside his body. His falling motion begins when Chiyo releases the two kunai from her own jacket and into her left hand. That's when their eyes lock, and chains start bursting out of the ground for absolutely no reason. Chiyo knows this power of the Sharingan, and has experienced it's genjutsu before, so she knows it's a genjutsu for the sheer fact that chains bursting out of the ground is just strange, and knowing that nothing was set-up beforehand from travelling through the ground before. She holds the two kunai in her hand with a firm grip, noticing the cool touch from the metallic chains. She struggles for a bit as to what's happening still trying to grasp the fact that she's been put under another jutsu, when she notices Kakashi pulling out a scroll, summoning more chains to bind her in place. Of course, Chiyo doesn't know that this second set of chains are real, and still thinks of it as a genjutsu. Releasing more chakra threads through her right hand, she grasps the two kunai firmly with these threads, throwing them towards her left leg, which should be enough to break herself out of the genjutsu. Puppet #7 holds two dual swords and resembles a girl with her hair tied in buns. Kakashi then watches Chiyo take out a scroll, which afterwards 10 puppets are released out of the scroll, surrounding Chiyo's location where she's in the middle, Kakashi has a look of surprise on his face, as he watches the 10 puppets standing there, he simply takes out a kunai in his right hand, with one of his fingers being put in the "hole" at the further end of the kunai, as Kakashi spins the kunai around rapidly.
"The legendary Chikamatsu puppets, i remember being told stories about those...never thought i'd have to fight against them, well now looks like i'll have to get serious!"

Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user after performing the Tiger hand seal to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert maneuvers but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. However, the usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills. The Second Tsuchikage, Mū's mastery of this technique helped earn him the moniker "Non-Person" seemingly having neither form nor chakra while the technique was active. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert maneuvers but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. However, the usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills. The Second Tsuchikage, Mū's mastery of this technique helped earn him the moniker "Non-Person" seemingly having neither form nor chakra while the technique was active. Thus, he could not be sensed through traditional means.

Chiyo assembles the puppets, keeping the first one with yellow horns and looking like a demon close to herself as protection like a defense. The rest are spread out within short range of her, similar to the picture shown above. Kakashi makes his comment about being serious, and Chiyo can only look with a blank face at first, and laugh with despair.
"Fufufufufu! You're saying you weren't serious with your sharingan!?"
When Kakashi releases the kunai in the air, the trajectory tells her it's going to arch over everything and hit her. That's when the kunai suddenly multiplied in front of her eyes, like a bombardment of kunai were about to hit her. She doesn't have much time to think. She knows most people wouldn't even dare throw a kunai without some sort of trick like an explosive tag, so she goes onto her next thought, to activate that technique. She steps back a bit, assembling puppets 4, 6 and 8 in a pyramid formation, creating a sealing barrier. The jutsu entails creating a gust aimed at the falling kunai above her to suck in all of the kunai and destroy them in the process, crumbling them to nothing. If the metallic properties wouldn't be crushed, the tags sure would which would render them useless. This doesn't suck in all the kunai though, as though the range of the gust doesn't nearly cover the surface area with the technique, but leaves Chiyo and the army unharmed from any explosive attacks.

Description: Puppet numbers 4, 6, and 8 of Chikamatsu’s collection of 10 total puppets will stand in a three man pyramid. A large gust of wind will then draw everything in front of them towards the opening in the pyramid, destroying whatever is drawn in when it reaches the opening.
The large vortex sealing from the puppets subsides, only for Chiyo to barely notice Kakashi turning invisible on the grassy plain. The three puppets from before finish their stance, and return to where they originally were in the group. She doesn't have much knowledge with invisibility, but to her it's nothing to be too afraid of. She starts off her counter attack by allowing the tenth puppet to take the theoretical stage at the moment and getting into a running start position, aiming it's head directly in front of Chiyo. She commands the tenth puppet to unleash the multiple cords which are capable of coming out of his head to wisp out at incredible speeds in a cone in front of her, about 45 degrees to attempt to hit the invisible Kakashi and prevent him from moving. These cords are tipped with kunai and aimed low, to hit his legs, should they make contact with him. (Not too clear about how many I can use, but let's say there's 5 of them.)

While just after commanding the move from the tenth puppet, she creates a few hand seals, converging a large supply of water with a syrup-like quantity to it, preventing Kakashi from moving, and to also track his location. The water itself has quite a thick consistency to it, so it shouldn't seep into the dirt so easily, as well as form around Kakashi's feet, giving her a pretty clear idea as to where the invisible man is standing at the moment. This water spreads out with a large diameter, spreading over mid-range from her.

Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.
