If you want to argue bad ass,Madara,SAsuke ,Itachi (this guy has some of the best quotes in the series) are the contenders and when it comes to females,probably Tsunade somewhat

And why should I? It is my opinion after all, I didn't realise I had to completely subjective in my "analysis" of these characters.

Hinata's (apparent) limited vocab doesn't negate her badass points. Why? Because it's fanfiction, just like this retarded belief that she constantly stutters all the time - she has (when panels/time/circumstance has allowed it) said plenty.
... now I think on it, I can't recall a single time Sakura has said anything of great signifance to rival Hinata in this regard.

Temari's fear of Gaara was perfectly reasonable. I don't understand how that affects her - in any way - other then to give +points for not breaking down and slitting her own throat.
Would Sakura have survived that?... doubt it. She didn't have the confidence, capability, skill, mentality or strength to endure that kind of existence.

I'm aware of her achievements, I'm aware of her "skill" in Tsunade's techniques - I'm just not impressed by them.

Judging a woman by her breasts isn't delusional - it's a fact of life. It's amusing how much is defined by them actually...
I say this as a woman who has a cup size to rival Tsunade.
Could also be a reflection on my own personal taste in women... whatever, my opinion still stands. It's a more appealing character design, to pay some emphasis to their femininity (hourglass figure exudes this) it counters/balances their raw brute strength/fighting style which is distinctly masculine.
... I suppose Kishi went another way and gave her pink hair.
