Susanno is just an armor-like tool that the MS grants. It can't think by itself, or even basic thoughts. It's a big suit of armor that the user controls with their mind. Nothing more.

I say it is more capable of thoughts then that of an ant, it's pretty much a Chakra being, like the tailed beasts, but it is fed by it's user....i say the Susanoo have thoughts that maybe are linked with the user, so therefore it makes it's own actions faster and easier for the user to pull off?
