Susanoo can be broken:
Danzo did it with regular Wind Style Jutsu against Sasuke. Tsunade punched through it against Madara. (Question remains about strength levels of Perfect Susanoo or regular susanoo or skeleton susanoo)

Susanoo can be melted:
Mei did it with her KG against Sasuke. (Again Question still remains about strength levels)

Gai's Hirudora has thrown away Madara's Susanoo.

Onoki's Dust Release has destroyed 25 Susanoo's along with Madara's Wood Clones.

But here the exception is - Kurama's TBB could not blow Madara's Susanoo while even being the strongest jutsu of the strongest tailed beast (excluding Juubi here).
