yes i know, but it stands on naruto wiki that the uchiha was born with spiritual abilites. but do they only mean genjutsu or all doujutsus?

I think that part is referring to the fact that their dojutsu powers are increasing through pain,suffer etc.When their spirit is in great pain their powers are increasing and their KKG is "upgraded".
Just a a speculation.

Susanoo is from a supernatural origin. It is not the users chakra turned into a chakra shroud. They are summoning the power of a god or something similar.
