Is susano'o a form of the creation of all things

I can't find the databook where it talks about how susano'o is formed but i remember it saying first you use tsukuyomi which is the spiritual world and darkness then by adding amaterasu(material world and light) to add form or something like that.
spirtual and darkness represents yin
material world and light represent yang
when the sage of the six path used the techinque he basically did the same thing

do you think when sasuke added the amaterasu(yang) to the tsukuyomi (yin) he created his own unique creature (susano'o) like the sage creating the bijuus from the juubi's yin and yang

Unlikely. As far as we know COAT creates a entity permanently but Susanoo disappears as soon as the chakra supply is cut.

BTW what makes Amaterasu a yang release?

Madara is nt cn to use amaterasu nd tsukyomi nd Sasuke is nt also seen to use Tsukyomi bt they both cn use Susanoo.
