Took Bijuu Dama point blank range from Killer Bee and was cut in half by Darui. Yet he's still alive. Don't say his brother Mangetsu dying means he can die too because Orochimaru did lots of modifications and experiments on him to improve his usefulness. So is he immortal? Why not why not?

In t he fight against Killer Bee Suigetsu does talk about sacrificing himself. I'd say if you used his weakness to lightning and then maybe boiled him he'd probably die.

But TBB has tremendous heat from all that pressurized and condensed chakra definitely more than raiton that's why they make those huge fireballs and Suigetsu lived.

yeah but I imagine he's quite powerful when he's in water, wouldn't surprise me if being in a lake like that allows him to tank things and just reform. I think that would change if he wasn't in a water source and you used lightning on him. But thats just speculation

Don't think he is just think that his ability to turn into water is what keeps him alive in most situations

I'm fairly certain he is not. Despite him being capable of surviving essentially any attack, he could still die from things like malnourishment and old age. He is likely comparable to Hidan in these ways. Hidan was confirmed to be capable of dying due to malnourishment and I'm also fairly certain it was stated he would eventually die from old age.

Hidan's immortality only seemed to extend to bodily wounds, not deterioration of the body. Suigetsu is essentially in the same boat.
