I thought it was average at best, but apparently it's the #2 anime of all time on MyAnimeList...
I guess it depends on personal opinion, you can watch the first two episodes and see if you like it.

YES! it starts off kinda slow and confusing but the plot twists and characters are so good.

Excellent anime, currently my favorite Hilarious, dramatic, and extremely well-written (the dub is a lot better and more entertaining, so I recommend that). Fair warning, the ending to the first episode was enough to hook me, but most people don't get hooked until the second half. That said, please don't prejudge it and you won't regret it*_*
