No. Naruto is the second coming (I loath these messianic under tones with a passion) of the So6Ps. It has been stated by Kurama who seems to be the leader of the Bijuu. Also that would be like George Lucas resurrecting Revan to help Luke Skywalker defeat Vader and the Emperor, it makes no sense.
