[Question] Is Shunsui's Bankai a ONE SHOT?

I'm re-reading bleach and I'm up to Shunsui's Bankai. How powerful is it really. It seems very powerful and could it one shot most people?

You should realize even Shunsui could die from his bankai: You can stay still and outlast him in the drowning stage

that is true but doesn't Shunsui have a crazy amount of reiatsu? so that knocks out 95% of people right?

Shunsui can one-shot people who can't speedblitz him or lack certain regenerative powers. In some cases, he'll die himself as well.

It basically ends the fight when not used on an immortal. usually it would kill the enemy, with Lille it didnt. (It totaly would have killed him if used a second time)

Pretty sure one can outlast and not move, so hax abilities can probably counter it.
