as i see it shukaku is a whole unleashed biju, the one tailed cloak is just a tiny fraction of the whole kyuubi power
i also don´t think that double the tails have double the power, i always thought that the scale is much higher

I don't think Gamabunta is stronger than Shukaku.. remember Shukaka didn't lose to Gama.. Naruto just slapped Gaara awake and that's it..

I also think Shukaka is stronger than one tail of Naruto.. if that's not the case than shukaku would be pathetic O__o

i think the one tailed naruto is just as strong as gaara when partially transformed in shukaku.however when shukaku comes out as a whole then shukaku owns
