Is shisui's eye apart of Itachi's arsenal?

So is shisui's eye apart of itachi's arsenal? He was in possession of it before he died. So wouldn't he be aloud to use it in a battle? and If he can wouldn't that make itachi almost impossible to beat.

It's takes a decade for it to be used. He has to know when its extremely necessary to use it.

evidence of this can be seen through the swordsmen.Some of them did not have their blades because they were in possession of others however itachi still had the crow with the eye implanted.however in hind sight it makes no sense for him to have it since its not his power.Have i discovered a real plot hole ?

I would say no because it was crushed but the fact that he still had it makes me second guess that way of thinking so i don't see why not it all depends on who your rping with i would let you use it i suppose

you can but only up to the point he gave it to naruto but it need 10 years recharge so he couldn't have used it during the time frame of the series

my only problem with ka is it needs 10 years recharge so how the hell can hashi dna cut it down to like a day recharge the only way this can justify to me is if the ka with hashi dna isnt as powerful then the 10 year recharge and thats only wishful thinking on my part i want kishi to explain why hashi dna is so god damn op im actually surprised the leaf haven't tried using it more lol they must not have known as if it was me id have burned his body getting rid of all dna or use it and have the greatest security for it

if you are going to make ka apart of itachis arsenal then technically its apart of narutos seeing how itachi gave it too naruto and i know naruto had no knowledge of the eye but in a naruto vs sasuke debate it can be used and if your one of those people who believe a character has certain ability's at hand after they have lost them say like kabuto and his edo army which he no longer has then you cant really refuse this

wrong naruto could not control it...naruto could only use it on sasuke or itachis eyes...thts how it was set to activate

i know i explained that i know he cant activate it on command but against the two uchiha brothers yes but regardless of this i dont count it like i dont count the edo army as kabuto no longer has them all and of course it is different if you have a certain time period for the verse thread
