If it is ending... Naruto will most definitely become Hokage before it does.

I'm thinking Tsunade is going to bite the bullet against Madara... and they will have to choose a new Hokage.

But then again... Naruto isn't really mature enough to be Hokage even with all his strength. Hmmmm.
