whats a 3 tomoe sharingan tech? other than precog and copying it has no other techs it isn't the MS. he showed heightened senses in this fight dodging chocolate girl and salads surprisingly good teamwork. hair doesn't mean much naruto is blonde and some of the uchiha like one of the cops had white hair. and no uchiha being left is wrong obito was alive and some might have not been in the village or simply moved away before the massacre.

2. Point number two uses the same bad logic as that guy who says that Bolt isn't Hyuuga. First of all, black hair is not actually a genetic trademark of the Uchiha. It was never stated in the manga, anime or databooks that all Uchihas have black hair. Sarada didn't inherit black hair as an Uchiha trait. She inherited black hair simply because her father has black hair. Black hair is not really an Uchiha trait. It is just that most Uchihas that we've seen have black hair. Here is proof that not all Uchihas have black (yes these Uchihas are canon):

3. You say he has yet to exhibit some sharingan techniques, but without mangekyou, there really aren't many "sharingan techniques" to be used. Think about the techniques of the standard sharingan for a minute:

copying jutsus
the hypnotic eye
increased perception
genjutsus
izanagi
izanami

Now consider this:
Be honest, those first 3 abilities became irrelevant after part 1. No Uchiha real or fake really uses those anymore.

Izanagi and izanami are special circumstance one time only jutsus that not all Uchihas even know. Plus, they make you go blind.

Genjutsu is the only one of those that is often used anymore, and even then it is mostly used by Uchihas that really specialize in it like Itachi. Madara, Obito and Sasuke use it from time to time, but genjutsu is not exactly their first resort. If even those experienced rikudou level Uchihas such as the 3 I just listed rarely use genjutsu, then what makes you think that an inexperienced little boy would be pulling out the genjutsu?

Danzo would have known , if any Uchiha moved away and countered that. Obito was thought to be dead in the war. He was saved by Madara, and not every lost war hero gets that treatment, they would have died

I am not using this as a definitive proof, just as a point which adds up in the whole scheme of things

He did not use Genjutsu in both the fights. Against Sasuke it would be useless. But against 2 genin girls, one of whom he wants to capture , Sharingan genjutsu would have been useful..Would have prevented this resistance he faced .

It is more of a theory than a hard held belief. "Is Shin really an Uchiha ?" This is a question with my take on it in the OP. So when I say, I think this is a possible explanation, I mean it MAY be possible. And Sasuke showed many many Sharingan techs in Part 1, unlike the Onion Uchiha who has shown none.

Why are we going to assume this, when there is a perfectly valid explanation that his good reflexes may not be due to sharingan ? He may be a decent fighter and the Sharingan may be there just for vision sharing. Either of the 2 is possible.

By long ago , I am going to assume that he/she never came back. Where would he /she have gone ? To other village ? It would be betraying Konoha as the Uchiha clan was affiliated to Konoha. Further even if they settled in some other village, an Uchiha would have attracted attention anywhere and we would have heard something about it in 700 chapters at least. So it is highly unlikely.

How do you know that Shin even knows how to use genjutsu? Even if you have 3 tomoe, that doesn't guarantee genjutsu. Sasuke awakened 3 tomoe in his first valley of end fight with Naruto, but we didn't see him use genjutsu until mid part 2. Genjutsu would have helped against Naruto because Naruto wasn't a perfect jinchuuriki at the time so genjutsu would easily work on him (he didn't even know how to release genjutsu for that matter).

An Uchiha may or may not have attracted attention elsewhere. For starters, not all Uchihas have sharingan and they don't necessarily have to where the Uchiha crest just because they are Uchihas. Heck, not all Uchihas are even shinobi. Therefore it would be possible for some Uchiha family to have been away from the village at the time and pass for normal civillians.

Sasuke did not show many sharingan techniques in part 1. He copied one person's arsenal (Lee's) and he used the increased perception ability. Even these became irrelevant after part 1 like I said before. He used no genjutsu, no hypnosis, no izanagi or izanami.

Explain what do you mean by handles it well.

As for keeping it active , that can be due to shared vision via chakra rods, so the strain would be on the hooded guy not Shin
