Naw i think shikamaru has them beat. they have power to rely on, shika does not. shika is all mental. they may get more done but that cause they are stronger. if shika was as strong he would murder them both

Madara has great battle since and beyond great at planning ahead and predicting situations up until last chapter where kishi fodderized him by BZ out of the blue.
But shikumaru came in navigated the aligned shinobi forces like it was nothing and he get most his victories off strategizing.
