if not i hope that Karin can come and save him. honestly Karin is the only person in the entire narutoverse that can heal Shikamaru, i hope Karin stops fantasizign about Sasuke's thing and heal Shikamaru.

Shikamaru is not dying, it was the chakra effect.
Likewise, Kakashi chakra is low, as he told Naruto.
That is why he look like dying.
Shinobi are all have chakra to enhance their strength.
When their chakra is gone or very low, they would be weak.
Just look at the other shinobi - like dying!!!
