It is in fact usable by anyone but it requires a extremely precise chakra control wich is nearly impossible to achieve without gentle fist training wich requires Byakugan
Yes it does require super precise chakra control, but it is possible to learn it.

I agreed with most of your post, I just wanted to clear up that one thing.

Thanks for not getting angry! :)

so to get a definite answer yes kakashi could copy it if he felt like it?
From what we know? Yes he should technically be able to but maybe there's stuff we are unaware of

While he could likely use Shadow, It's impossible for him to use Akimichi since the body requires a lot of natural fat

For some reason I don't think he could. I have never seen hand signs for any of those jutsus. It seems like something that you have to train extensively for and be taught.

And there is no way he could learn the Aburame's jutsus because they were given bugs as children which fed on their chakra to familiarize the bugs to the Aburame. Since Kakashi hasn't had those bugs introduced to him, and can't control any, he can't use their jutsus.

So my guess would be that the sharingan can't copy Hidden jutsus. I could be wrong though.

Aburame is not a KG but only them can use as only them have the insect thus only their child can receive them

No, shadow possesion is not a kekkai genkai. It is merely a jutsu that is passed through the Nara clan.

The Nara clan, Yamanaka clan, and Akamichi clan all have secret jutsu that likely use Yin or Yang (or a mixture of both, still unclear about that for now). It's a jutsu that clans pass through to only clan members meant to give them the same edge that Kekkai Genkai does. If your clan are the only people that know the secret behind it, and they are sworn to secrecy and are loyal to their clan, then you don't have to worry about them teaching the secret of the jutsu to others.

I have yet to see a hidden jutsu like the shadow possesion be as strong as the Sharingan or Byakugan, but it still brings them above your typical "fodder" type shinobi, if only a bit.

It's not a KG, but there are special properties needed to make the technique work. Mainly this light/dark element that Yamato mentioned when Naruto was learning about element affiliations.

There's definitely something behind the Ino-Shika-Cho techniques that makes it difficult for others to properly learn them through observation. While it's speculatory that someone with Sharingan such as - say - Danzo or Sasuke could copy the techniques (ever notice how Sasuke's never seen either Shikamaru, Chouji, Ino, or Neji fight?), it's also fair to assume that there's something else required to pull these techniques off - or else someone like Kakashi should be able to do them at his own will, thus making things a tad easier for some of his missions.
