Guyz Hello , by viewing the second page of the manga where Tobirama asks about the secret person's Id,

there are no rods at all in his back and hed ! Is it safe to assume that the person has already removed the rods ? ( in the previous manga he had the rods...)

So ... By what we already know , we can say that the person is pretty strong given the fact that the First asked Sasuke not to touch the rods. Or that he possesses Nature Energy ? ( could it be kabuto ? Shouldn't Karin know the chakra or Oro ?)
