Hair meant to cover up his rinnegan? I mean I don't think it's possible to activate one eye and leave the other un-activated, so when Sasuke activated his 3 Tomoe against shin that means his rinnegan was also activated but it's covered by his hair so shin wouldn't be able to see. Also a few people even knows he has a rinnegan so if everyone knows that may strike fear as big as if not larger than the pein event because we saw how destructive a rinnegan user can be and that wasn't even with the original body and sasuke is leagues above Nagato and many multiple times stronger than pein. So his hair is meant to keep his rinnegan from being seen if he does activate his sharnningan. Or do you guys just think that's just how his hair naturally is and he just wanted to grow it out? I'm just saying as a thought of possibility that it's like most stereotypical characters, who have one side of their hair long in order to cover up their eye(s)

Ok i didnt see the last yet, but before the last pain, obito and madara didnt deactivaded there rinnegan so thats why i thougt the rinnegan couldnt be deactivaded
