he obviously knew where sasuke was and threw his attacks such that they dont hit him

sasuke managed to get out of the range in time and didnt get hit

however if naruto really wants to hit him then he can do this with the help of chakra arms which can be used to change the trajectory of his attack any time, which means you cant escape it

Firstly, 3rd raikage was the same as all those "legendary Edo ninjas"(aka weak shet get stomp in 1-2 chapters)

Secondly, this is exactly the same as when naruto first learnt rasenshurken, and test his new tech on a akatsuki(one shotted no miss). Kishi made naruto has to hit no matter what, aka Pnj

Thirdly, If you look at this as canon, then expect sasuke speedblitz with his left eye or teleport a sword in naruto's mouth

You mistaken 2 things. Just because naruto could make big bijudama, doesn't mean its faster than sasuke nor can destroy ps, but ps outsped is a fact
