Full kurama will only raise Naruto's reserves preta can deal with that relatively easily. I don't think we'll see a second fight though.

My personal opinion is Sasuke and Naruto should've lost some power ups during the Momo fight that way we could have a decent manga without overly powerful characters.

When naruto was giving sasuke back his headband viz states that sasuke said,"I'll hold onto it until we have a real battle"
I think it got brought up in the movie/momoshiki arc a few times

Sasuke is going to need a massive power up, including the other arm. Otherwise he won’t be able to push Naruto to his most powerful state.

The end game will be an obvious win in favor of Naruto.

We know how powerful Sasuke is, he was making Naruto go all out and Naruto used his most powerful jutsu at last and Sasuke was not using full rinnegan said by kyuubi. Its clear whose the winner. Sasuke for a big mile.
