Is Sasuke underrated or overrated?

The thing is people choose to ignore some of Sasuke's abilities and give the victory to an opponent that can't counter some of his haxxed abilities. This is the reason why I think he is underrated. Not many people can defeat Sasuke in a battle.

I agree, sasuke is my favorite character but in the same time i dont think he is the weakest or strongest character in the series, its these fanboys and haters that make him look bad
