Is Sasuke the weakest Indra ?

If you look at Indra and the history of those with his Chakra then you would have to conclude that Sasuke is definitely the weakest Indra that has been reincarnated. I'm not sure how Indra's chakra became so "diluted" but it's very clear that Indra has gotten weaker as time has gone on. It also appears that Sasuke is the shortest Indra on record.

We only really saw 2 incarnations in action but yes, he's the weaker one.

Madara did everything on his own (gaining Rinnegan) while Sasuke got the power up handed to him from SO6P. Double Rinnegan Pre-Jin Madara > Current Sasuke.

My argument is based on the manga facts. I didn't write the manga, so i can't tell you if any of the other Indra reincarnations were shorter or weaker than Sasuke. I would be setting the bar pretty low though if i did what you asked and tried to find a shorter or weaker past Indra.

I think that Naruto is also a special case since hes clearly superior to Sasuke.

IMO I think it's talking more about how Ashura was chosen over Indra.

They both were said to die because of the war, and Hogoromo said that the war went on even after they died. Ashura had followers whereas Indra was a loner, those followers probably did help in some way, If Indra had lost the war, then why would they have died in it, or why would they even keep fighting?

Also, it would make more sense that BZ used the jealousy inside Indra after Ashura got chosen over him.

Thing is with indra he has the most potential due to his natural talent. Idk how much further ashura can go once he awakens his full power but indra can go beyond it due to rinnegan etc..like what madara did.
