You can tell by the matchups and what happens in the manga. It's not that hard if you actually read it.

Sasuke chopped Madara in half but Madara used Kamui to teleport the upper half to other dimension.Madara could have used Kamui on Sasuke but he didnt becasue he was too fast.

Madara stole Kakashis eye before that..Sasuke could nt have stopped Kamui any way but yeah he should have chopped his head off and then burned the whole body with Amaterasu just to be sure it is dead.

speed is so inconsistent in this manga, u will see, next time Madara will blitz them or he will have no problems anymore dealing with it , it's only important when Kishi allows it and hes ben changing it so much , after it gets to powerfull he will just nerf it again

Sasuke caught up to him and sliced him before he could double kamui which is twice as fast as regular kamui.
