Sasuke tried to go all out with Susanoo, enton arrows only to fail when Minato's clone just came like a little flower and striked Obito down. I think that was clearly a funny type of parallell. Sasuke was even disappointed about the fact it was that quick lol. Anyway with Minato's current feats, i don't think and over the time i'm pretty sure it would be even clearer unless Sasuke somehow develops Perfect Susanoo

I'm starting to see a trend here. Edo Minato may win but alive will get stomped. 
the only thing that edo has is kmc which alive would of had had he not died. Edo and alive minato are the same bar the undying body and quick chackara replenishment other theads have covered this. Also it was stated that end is not 100% full strenght minato. Which means alive or not sasuke and itachi are in for major butthurt.

What stop Minato from teleporting the Susanoo away and leaving Sasuke without anything to protect him?
He already teleported Tobirama, Hiruzen and himself to 3 different places. If Sasuke want to use Enton around his
Sasunoo, Minato can still take it away, but he will use his clone instead of himself. Yes, the clone may burn, but who cares?
As we saw in the last chapter, Sasuke couldn't even see Minato's clone attack except after too late (?)

Yes Sasuke is stronger than alive Minato since he is an Uchiha......also Ay is stronger than Minato,Bee is stronge than Minato but none of them can beat him.........I can't see anyone defeating Minato exept Hashirama and EDO Madara

I honestly don't think we can judge minato. We can only go on feats but we have seen very little of his arsenal..... Just sayin.

The original topic's question is somewhat broad, so I will give my opinion on the different interpretations of the word.
To begin, I believe that Sasuke has more powerful attacks than Minato. Minato's attack strength has three variations: the strength of his rasengan, the strength that he personally wields in his arms to perform a slash/stab, and the strength of the summoned Gama Bunta. In other words, every ATTACK shown by Minato was a close range technique, hence the necessity of speed for him. In contrast, Sasuke has attacks that span all three ranges (close, medium, and long) and I don't find it necessary to argue whether an enton arrow is more powerful than a rasengan.
With the above said, I believe that Minato is a more effective combatant than Sasuke, if not for the fact that, with his limited, close range abundant move pool, he was able to become a kage, and was internationally respected. Minato is more proficient than Sasuke at close quarters combat, and fast enough to render all long range attacks ineffective.
My opinion of how a matchup between the two would play out is as follows.
Sasuke has shown a tendency to use his susanoo more often than not in all situations, his susanoo affording him its defensive and offensive capabilities, while allowing him to independently use attacks such as his fireballs. As the black flames are highly destructive, I doubt that Minato would summon a toad into battle (and in fact, I don't believe that he would summon a toad when fighting a single, human opponent in general.) However, not a single attack from Sasuke would be able to touch Minato due to his inherent speed, hiraishin technique, and space time barrier. It would undoubtedly be a fight of attrition, which Minato has a better chance of winning (Sasuke would be using chakra simply from maintaining susanoo and his mangekyou in general, whereas Minato has been shown to use the hiraishin technique many times without consequence.) Eventually, Sasuke would realize that the best chance for success would be, similar to the Danzo fight, a pressed close combat scenario. This is where Minato's expertise would help him defeat Sasuke. This is, of course, all assumptions, and I don't think we will ever know who is really more powerful unless Kishimoto actually pits them against one another. What do you think?

i really don't see sasuke win this after minato got KB. that's right, why is everyone ignoring minatos KB?
alive minato should be capable of 5 KB. 5 KB = 5 minato. 5 minato > sasuke.
the weakness of KB are their low durability, but how are you going to hurt KBs if they have a fast base speed, shunshin and even ftg? add to that, that every KB carries hiraishin marks on their kunai, allowing minato and the KB to teleport to each other, it's impossible for sasuke to get a hit.
EDIT. itachis genjutsu doesn't work on KB. GG!

Amaterasu has not kiled even a single shinobi (even totally paralysed juubi was able to throw amaterasu away) so its not a problem for any high level shinobi.

Sasuke's sharingan is nothing for FTG.
So Minato doesn't need to do much excpet FTG, Rasengan & 1 Kunai to slit Sasuke's throat. Just attack at right place at right time & Sasuke will be enjoying the stay at hell or heaven whatever.
