Is Sasuke stronger than Itachi?

Physically yes, mentally no. Sasuke has to learn to stay calm and keep his cool like Itachi.

Personally, i believe at the time of their battle itachi was indeed much stronger. His illness was what caused him to die/lose. Currently, Sasuke is obviously much stronger than itachi, but only because of their last fight. That's what caused sasuke testing all the new visual powers and such.

Sasuke has already surpassed Itachi, but if they had a fight no holding back Sasuke would win high diff, Itachi's intelligence>>>Sasuke's Intelligence but Saduke would still win.
