KA is the strongest genjustu, Sasuke genjustu is the same sh*t as Itachi's mass control genjustu~thing that was noted by Ao and Shikamaru's Dad.

Only this time Sasuke's is on a limited scale (body count wise), but potent enough to control all nine bijuus.

This method of forcefully controlling the bijuus....

It's been done before, it just being shown in a different way since Gedo mazou's gone.

Only the IT is more powerful. The rinnegan is the strongest dojutsu so a rinnegan genjutsu would be stronger than any MS/S genjutsu.

Infinite Tsukuyomi is clearly stronger. But other than that yes, it's strong due to the reasons you stated. I would personally rate it 2nd after IT.
