BSM Naruto is an understatement really. Sasuke already blitzed JJ Madara back before VOTE2. DB says RSM Naruto is "as fast as JJ Madara or maybe faster". Which means Sasuke footspeed is either greater or on par with RSM Naruto. And that was before VOTE2. Now he is so fast we are being lightening when he moves. Sasuke is the fastest, even without ameno.

You do realize Madara didn't try to dodge Sasuke right? If he could react to FTG, he could have definitely stopped Sasuke if he wanted to.

Don't be a liar, he was low on chakra sure, don't know where you got physically weak from. Normal foot speed doesn't require chakra, shunshin does. All he lacked was the full ability of his eyes, which doesn't affect his foot speed in the slightest.

I was showing loss of a huge amount of chakra swiftly causes weakness and exhaustion, idiot. Konan's fight with Obito was just one example. This has been shown on various places. I'm not comparing it to Sasuke's situation.

Nope, ever since he got BM, Naruto was always superior in foot speed. He might have gotten even faster (Shunshin or just regular FS), but he's not faster than RSM Naruto, that wouldn't make any sense. He is faster than 8th Gate Gai, though. I can easily see that people just look at how destructive Gai was and think that he's automatically faster which isn't actually true.

Kaguya, Hagoromo, Madara and Naruto are all superior to Sasuke in foot speed. While only Naruto has proven it, the other 3 should be a given, considering they're Rikudou-powered and have more chakra than Sasuke.

Naruto used Taijuu Kagebunshin, a Bijuu attack, was weakened by damage, used different variants of RS, TSB, used chakra arms to attack Kaguya, sexy no jutsu all while he had his chakra split in half with another clone clone and still blitzed Kaguya, your argument is invalid

I will say overall speed, Sasuke takes this. Foot speed is a complicated answer, though. I'm going to say that Naruto MIGHT have an edge over Sasuke, but i rank them as being the same in foot speed. Sasuke is faster because of his Sharinnegan, plus his normal speed added. Overall speed: Sasuke

It doesn't matter why you stated. Because Naruto blitzed Kaguya with massive amounts of chakra lost which means that you're wrong, stop wanking Sasuke

He did have a while so he didn't need to keep panting to show that he's exhausted, his stamina wasn't completely restored i.e. his effects of exhaustion still pertained.

I was about to make that point, but resisted due to the "edit" you made in your previous post. An immediate depletion of a huge amount of chakra at one time causes exhaustion, constantly losing it in a fight doesn't effect your stamina unless the chakra reserves are very low.
