Naruto used FRS against Sasuke's arrow, RS is the complete form of Rasengan, the jutsu he uses against Sasuke's chidori.

Rasengan is more suitable to wind than any other element, hence why he used FRS is what against Sasuke.

Chidori is the incomplete form of Indra's Arrow because it's meant to function like an arrow, it penetrates the opponent in one hit.

I don't think 'incomplete' is the right word, I would say RS and Indra's arrow are "evolved" versions of Rasengan and Chidori.

Nice presentation but Sasuke's chidori has a nature while Rasengan doesn't and that remains a fact so base chidori has an upper hand on incomplete rasengan also no where in the manga does it say that one chakra nature is better then the other when it comes to applying it to rasengan.

Sigh. No, that meteor is barely the size of Hokage Mountain, probably the smallest mountain in the series. Naruto used his TBBRS for one, or more meteors each. This is the size of the meteors, which the explosion/expansion surpasses in size.

Even the fragments make mountains look tiny while the TBBRS explosion/expansion dwarfs them. The Last feat of destroying a meteor the size of hokage mountain isn't even comparable. Sasuke improved, but let's not go crazy here. Chidori isn't going to surpass all elements combined with absolute shape transformation.
