He's still armless. He's been gone for 13 years, so he couldn't have gotten a prosthetic one. Keeping up an Asura arm requires chakra. Also, I'm speculating Sasuke doesn't even want to have one, he probably sees it as a rightful punishment for him.

Technically Sasuke can make his own prosthetic arm with the Gedo :bdpf:

I wanted him to have a normal marriage and family just like his peers, and I defended that notion for months, but Kishi proved once again that he can be a huge troll and liar, more than ever before.

Believe me I thought out many scenarios and excuses, but there is no explanation. Kishi would not go this far in a 10 chapter gaiden just to go back and make things better. If you want to make something that people already hate so much more believable in their eyes, you portray it positively from the get go, you don't completely shit on it. If making a proper SS family was really his original intention, then he was clearly influenced by the excessive amount of fan hate for making it "canon" in November and decided to destroy it instead.
