Is Sasuke Kage class?

I personaly think so, this is the reason. If you simply switch out someone like Mei, Gara or Tsunade from the Gokage lineup against Madara and put Sasuke in there instead i think Sasuke would have been more of a threat to Madara. Beacause of Susanoo, Amaterasu & EMS.
