Because kurama broke sasuke genjutsu all by himself just within 5 seconds while tobi and madara's genjutsu needed to be broke by contract seal.

If it was broken, then why didn't Kurama just break out?

There's a difference between resisting and breaking genjutsu. Resisting is like when Itachi used finger genjutsu on Naruto and he realized he was in genjutsu. He tried to resist by upping his chakra but he failed to break it. Breaking is when you are completely yourself again, to where the user is in control of their body and fully aware of their surroundings.

If it was broken, then why didn't Kurama just break out?

There's a difference between resisting and breaking genjutsu. Resisting is like when Itachi used finger genjutsu on Naruto and he realized he was in genjutsu. He tried to resist by upping his chakra but he failed to break it. After that he used CT then kurama Asked naruto for help. It means he broke it.


Hinata just at the time of IT asked for naruto's help.

If he broke the genjustu, why couldn't he resist CT? He didn't even put up a fight yet he tried striking Sasuke as soon as he said he'd put them under his control. You should learn the difference between resisting and breaking. The fact that Kurama couldn't fight back against a CT custom fitted just for the Bijuu is proof that Kurama didn't break it. That and the fact that the tomoe Rinnegan stayed on his eyes as opposed to when the genjutsu was broken for Tobi, the Sharingan on Kurama went away.

Because people are scared what he will do more, but it's clear as daylight he will be nerfed again. If he gets nerfed against the Goddes of Nv. Why not nerf him against nuggets
