Is Sasuke from the Last More Powerful than The Last Naruto?

Just asking this because Sasuke from the Last still has his Rinnegan techs from the end of the manga but Naruto from the Last appears to not have any Truth seeking balls, powers from other bijuus or any other ability he had at the end of the manga.

So does this mean that Sasuke at this point in time is more powerful than Naruto?

You're not going to get a legit answer because Sasuke fans will say Sasuke, Naruto fans will say Naruto, and the people who don't care will just post for +1 post. There is no way to really tell who would win because they match each other so well regardless of whos at a disadvantage and kishi has shown that throughout the manga.
