Minato teleported to Madara positioned for an attack, and then Madara's Sage Mode and Juubi Boost allowed him to react to Minato when he appeared in front of him. Madara didn't react to FTG, after FTG happened, he reacted to Minato's current position.

Madara wasn't even paying attention to Sasuke when he got sliced.​

Yea that's cuz Sasuke is very fast. Plus madara knew where minato was going to attack from cuz ftg is played out ans easy to read. Sasukes speed is a lot Hardee to read cuz he's not throwing a kunai on the ground and teleporting to it

FTG is not speed, also if anyone realized, There was only 1 kunai around madara there was only 1 place that madara need to react to i mean it literally at his feet. So him reacting to minatos attack doesnt show minato as being slower then madara, at the same time sasuke cut a madara that was in the middle of an eye transplant/jutsu who didn't need to react considering that he didn't plan on staying in that dimension...
So for the time being Naruto is faster then minato, and sasuke is still unable to be compared as there are a serious lack of feats for sasuke "speed"

No madara reacted because he is faster and has better reactions than minato, no excuses. And madara was not in middle of an eye transplant wtf? He already transplanted the eye, looked at sasuke and then got cut before he could react. You literally just twisted the manga. Sasukes footspeed greatly exceeds minato as he was able to close in on a juubi jin who had a headstart so yh he's faster.

I'm going with no, Sasuke's jutsus isn't instant, if it was then we would have gotten feedback from Kakashi or Madara comparing the speed to FTG or to Tobirama/Minato. Plus being Edo's Minato and Tobirama aren't at their full power so judging their speed as edo without remembering that is just bad analysis since Madara himself shown greater speed after being revived than when he was edo.

Of course he's faster than Minato. This is the manga where Minato got his ass blitzed with ftg and Sasuke successfully landed 2 hits one with his s/t rinnegan and the other with raw speed.
