Is Sasuke Even Top 10?

I know that Naruto and Sasuke are supposedly equals, but I honestly don't think he is even top 10 atm (whilst naruto is). What do you reckon?

For reference here is my top 10:

Nope his not even in the top 15. Replace Itachi with Killer Bee and this list will be more accurate.

No he isnt... not yet at least... atm he is as weak as ge was before getting ems... so far all he has killed are white zetsu. Also i dont think edo diedaria belongs on the list... niether does onoki, i say kakashi and 3rd Raikage before those guys.

I meant that you can't have two Characters on the same spot. And I think that Onoki would beat Sasuke, but I'm not sure about Hiruzen since we have not seen a lot from him.

susanoo beats dust release madara was in side susanoo he let hiself get hit because he wanted to show them hashi race dust relase doesnt hurt susanoo and onoki cant dodge amaterasu

Edo Deidara can spam C0 till he destroys the planet, he is a ridiculously overpowered edo, that I don't think Sasuke could deal with now.
