Is sasuke equal to naruto?

No. Portrayal wise I think he's equal to bm Naruto even though he lacks a the feats to justify being on BM level. I also think Naruto's chakra hand out has something to do with Sasuke's susanoo being multiple times larger than before, he had the cloak when he first used it although it's no longer visible it could still be contributing to his susanoo just like Kakashi was under the kyuubi's influence when he warped the Hachibi without any problems.
